Automation Test Engineer

• Write test cases, designing and developing automated test scripts for functional and non-functional testing.
• Execute automated tests, analyze test results, report defects, and track them to closure.
• Creating and maintaining automated test environments and test data.
• Execute all testing activities to improve product quality, and work closely with the Scrum team, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Have complete responsibility for enhancing automated test coverage
• Continuously improving testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Troubleshoot CI failures and identify the root cause for test failures.

• 2+ years of experience in creating and running automated tests on web/mobile/app using app testing frameworks like Selenium/Cypress/Appium/Cucumber or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in using TestNG/Mocha/Chai etc. Good understanding of software development and testing processes
• Good understanding of OOP, algorithms, and popular languages to develop/maintain test scripts.
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS Selector/Xpath
• Good understanding of GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, CI build systems and automated testing
• Collaborative and team-oriented, strong ability to manage time effectively
• Good English reading/writing, basic English communication Knowledge of Javascript/TypeScript is a plus
