- Receive support requests and issues related to software platforms.
- Effectively process the first step of analysis to determine the impact/scope of the raised requests/issues.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Feedback to issue owners in a timely manner with useful information.
- Support and resolve the in-house application issues using critical thinking and logical reasoning.
- Communicate the problems and resolutions to the development team to improve
- Update our internal question hub with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers!
- Assist the development team members with testing and debugging.
- Working Hours
- Schedule: 40 hours per week with a fixed weekly schedule.
- Shift structure: 8 hours per day (including a 1-hour break), 5 days per week.
Shift options:
- Morning shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (1-hour break)
- Night shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (1-hour break)
- Days off: 2 days per week.
Please note that working shifts may be adjusted based on the company’s operational needs and your manager’s assignment.

- You have more than 1 year of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service in any field.
- You communicate fluently and confidently in English, especially in writing and speaking.
- You’re comfortable working night shifts, including weekends or overtime if needed.
- You’re able to work effectively under pressure, with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- You have a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

- Experience in technical support or customer support in IT.
- 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst, Software Tester, or similar role.
