Product Development Coordination
- Partner with Managers and Team Leads across all functions - Design, Engineering (Mobile, Web, Backend), Customer Success, QA, Data, HR, Finance, DevOps, and IT to monitor product development progress and ensure seamless, goal-oriented collaboration across teams.
Coordinate effectively with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support product and technical initiatives, ensuring alignment on quality, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain clear documentation, communication, and accountability for all product-related initiatives to ensure priorities are well understood and executed on time.
Contribute to designing and improving scalable processes that strengthen cross-functional efficiency, accelerate product delivery, and support sustainable team growth.
Identify collaboration gaps, surface execution risks early, and proactively propose solutions to keep projects and teams aligned with Everfit’s strategic goals.
Strategic Support & Leadership Enablement
- Proactively manage and track the Director’s priorities, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely completion, cross-functional coordination, and alignment with company objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Head of Engineering (Director), internal teams, and external stakeholders — handling all communication with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Prepare concise briefing materials, reports, and data insights to equip the Director for key meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Review and refine documents, proposals, and presentations from various teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment before submission to the Director.
- Draft and edit internal announcements, updates, and summaries that effectively convey the Director’s vision and priorities across the organization.
- Streamline communication between leadership and departments to promote transparency, accountability, and unified execution.
Operational Excellence & Administrative Leadership
- Schedule and manage meetings, prepare agendas, capture actionable minutes, and ensure effective follow-up on key deliverables.
- Assist in planning and executing internal and external events such as TechTalks, workshops, and industry collaborations that reinforce Everfit’s brand and culture.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and other teams on company-wide initiatives, projects, and events under the Director’s oversight.
- Support financial and budget tracking for the Director’s projects, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Anticipate needs, resolve operational challenges, and create efficient systems that allow the Director to focus on strategic priorities.
