Mô tả công việc

Reporting to the HR Manager and HRBP Team Leader, the HR Business Partner Officer will be responsible for delivering an excellent employee experience, ensuring smooth HR operations, and maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies. This role plays a key part in employee engagement, relations, and performance management, contributing to the organization’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering & Employee Relations

  • Act as a strategic partner to managers, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Foster strong employee relations, handle concerns, and support a positive workplace culture.


2. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Develop and implement engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support coaching and mentoring programs to drive performance and retention.


3. Performance & Policy Management

Work closely with managers to monitor employee performance and implement improvement plans.
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and support business needs.


4. HRIS & Reporting

  • Maintain and analyze HR data to provide insights for decision-making on staffing, attrition, and workforce planning.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Good proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and in Microsoft Excel;
  • Ability to interact proactively with management and employees at all levels within the organization in the resolution of HR perspective;
  • Ability to deal with various types of persons using appropriate conversation and methods;
    HR Business Partnering experience is a strong plus;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong understanding of Vietnam labors and best practices;
  • Experience in data analysis;
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Ability to work night shifts when required as our service is 24/7.
  • Experience in event organization is an advantage.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in manufacturing or BPO companies, or who have extensive experience in handling labor relations.
