- Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and define the product roadmap.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Product Owner and Development Team, ensuring clear communication and fostering effective collaboration.
- Manage the scope, timeline, and release planning for each project.
- Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demo meetings, in partnership with Project Leads.
- Ensure that deliverables meet high-quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Assist teams in implementing changes and process improvements effectively.
- Identify, address, and remove obstacles or conflicts that may impede progress.
- Help the Product Owner and Development Team to drive customer satisfaction by delivering valuable solutions.
- Mentor development teams to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity and Agile proficiency.
- Cultivate a productive and positive team environment where members take ownership of their work and derive satisfaction from their contributions.
- Provide coaching and guidance on Agile frameworks to team members and stakeholders.

- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in software project management.
- Proficiency in applying the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development processes for Web and Mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including the definition of done, user stories, and backlog refinement.
- Expertise in using Jira and other tracking tools to effectively manage sprint development.
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with the capacity to analyze and resolve issues quickly.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and workflows.
