Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Actively cooperate with manager to clear resource plan and make recruitment plan
- Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
- Drafts recruitment advertisements and post job on the social media: Facebook, LinkedIn for open positions
- Build up, maintain, expand candidate database
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including implementation of effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Follow up with candidates for set up interview
- Prepare recruitment reports weekly/monthly
- Active in recruitment activities, events and branding the company name: DevDay, Company tour, job fair, company trip, workshop...
- Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as on-boarding/ off-boarding of employees, maintaining personnel records in the HR system.
- Performs other other HR tasks as assigned
Employer Branding (30%)
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies and recruitment Marketing that align with the company's overall branding and recruitment goals.
- Conduct regular research and analysis to identify industry trends, and best practices in employer branding.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Promote company image via social media channels include but not limited Facebook, LinkedIn, Company Website, job portals
- Design and execute campaigns that effectively communicate our values to current and prospective employees across multiple touch points (company web pages, career pages, social media, PR, internal events, partnership events etc.). Being able to measure the success and make constant improvements on the action plans.
