- Communicate with buyers, factories, and fabric mills to handle new inquiries and order updates.
- Work with vendors to explain new development requirements and plan for the upcoming season’s samples and production.
- Follow up on sample development, collect garment and trim samples, send them to buyers, and update vendor feedback.
- Prepare weekly order status and shipment reports for the Merchandising Manager.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Source materials and trims, negotiate prices, and select suitable vendors.
- Handle quality issues during sampling and production, and coordinate inspection schedules with QA teams.
