Nhân Viên Kỹ Thuật Bảo Trì Part-time (Handy Man)

– Sửa chữa công cụ/thiết bị ở khách sạn khi hư hỏng / Repair equipment in the hostel and guest rooms as required.

– Theo dõi lịch bảo trì, vệ sinh hệ thống thiết bị của khách sạn theo quy định/Follow the schedule for periodic maintenance and cleaning of hotel equipment systems.

– Báo cáo các sự cố phát sinh tới bộ phận quản lý/Report arising problems and abnormalities directly to the hostel management for timely resolution.

– Giám sát tình trạng hoạt động của các thiết bị, đề nghị sửa chữa hoặc thay thế nếu hư hỏng/ Monitor the operating status of equipment, propose repairs or replacements when damaged.

– Thực hiện công tác vệ sinh khu vực sửa chữa. Nếu sửa chữa trong khu vực phòng, hãy tuân thủ đúng quy trình/ Carry out cleaning work in the repair area. If repairing in the room area, follow the correct procedures.

– Tuân thủ các nguyên tắc an toàn lao động, phòng cháy chữa cháy và quy định của ký túc xá./ Comply with labor safety principles, fire prevention and hostel regulations.

– Tích cực tham gia các lớp đào tạo và phát triển chuyên môn. Sẵn sàng học hỏi, nâng cao kiến ​​thức kỹ thuật, phối hợp và hỗ trợ đồng nghiệp thực hiện các nhiệm vụ chuyên môn khác./ Actively participate in training and professional development classes. Ready to learn, improve technical knowledge and coordinate and support colleagues to perform other specialized tasks.

– Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của ký túc xá./ Other tasks as required by the Hostel.

– Thời gian làm việc/Working hours: Part time - 3 ngày/tuần - 3 days per week.  Thời gian linh động (trong khoảng 11h -15h càng tốt) Hours are somewhat flexible, but prefer 11am-3pm 

– Tùy vào năng lực: lương khởi điểm từ 3-5 triệu/tháng / Official starting salary: 3-5 million/month depending on the candidate's ability.

– 30-day probationary period, 85% of official salary.

– Giới tính: Nam (khoảng 23-55 tuổi, sức khỏe tốt) Male, age 23 - 55 years old, good health.

– Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm về kỹ thuật / Have 3 years maintenance experience 

– Ability to withstand high pressure.

– Have good expertise, understand electricity and water, A/C, fire protection systems, and general construction principals. 

– Friendly, honest, positive and hard-working attitude.

– Overtime when required (entitled to overtime pay)
