1. Key Responsibilities
– Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential B2B clients in targeted industries.
– Consult and propose tailored HRM/ERP software solutions that address client business needs.
– Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including solution presentation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
– Collaborate with the Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
– Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
– Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategy and positioning.
– Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
